[Special note]: The hardware and lining may vary depending on the batch. When the same color is out of stock, other colors or patterns of the same price range may be randomly mixed. All women’s bags in our store do not have hang tags, so please be cautious when purchasing!
[delivery time]: the next day after the payment began to stock up “within 3 days” to arrange the goods to be sent, because it takes time to prepare the goods, urgent to the day of delivery of the suggestion to carefully consider.
[Description of delivery]: This site is mainly engaged in wholesale, and it is not equipped with a separate quality inspector. The freight starts from 50, and if less than 50 packages are delivered, 10 yuan delivery fee will be charged for each package.
In order to meet the needs of small sellers, the batch requirements of this site are very low, and there are 10 batches of spot goods, which can be mixed and can be selected at will.
[Payment method] Alipay online transaction is recommended. Bank remittance is optional, and Alipay guaranteed transaction is supported
Return and exchange regulations:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non quality issues. If you need to return or exchange the goods, a depreciation and packaging fee of 2 yuan will be deducted for each bag. If the goods have quality issues or are due to our mistake, resulting in the wrong shipment, we will exchange them for you (requiring express delivery, the return postage will be the responsibility of the customer, and the return postage will be borne by us). If you return the goods directly, you can only refund the payment, and the postage will not be responsible. We do not accept returns on delivery
Quality Problem Definition:
A fabric has obvious holes.
B is obviously asymmetrical (except for style reasons). If there is obvious size, length, etc.
C has obvious stains (based on 1cm diameter)
You can apply for a return within 3 days of receiving the goods, and if it expires (calculated from the date of the receipt), it will not be accepted! The returned or exchanged goods are brand new and unused, non washable, and must not be damaged by human factors. Keep the packaging and original accessories intact and return them unopened. Do not accept express delivery on delivery. Otherwise, they will not be processed!
The following situations do not belong to the scope of quality problem exchange:
1. Odor problem. (Some fabrics may have some odor after special treatment. Some warehouses have odor.)
2. The thread ends are not cleaned or the thread is opened and pressed in some places.
3. Slight dirt on light-colored fabrics (it may be brought during the production and sales process)
4. Fabric quality or transparency (there is no standard, personal feelings and expectations, so there is no standard and definition, please forgive me)
5. Used washed items cannot be exchanged
6. Unauthorized return of items without contacting us and informing us of the reason for return or exchange will not be processed
7. Serious reminder: Products with no quality issues are not accepted for returns or exchanges, and products with quality issues can be returned
Regarding printing issues, it is normal for a large number of manufacturing and printing to experience occasional smudging and uneven printing patterns, and no quality issues will be addressed
9. For bags with edge oil, if the edge oil falls off, printing and dyeing (erasability) will not be treated as quality issues
